Please note that submitting this form is only the first step in registering as a 3 on 3 player/team. Send payment via Venmo at @JrCowgirls-Cowboys. Your registration will not be complete until full payment has been received, and you receive confirmation of your registration. Please note 3 on 3 in your payment note.

We will attempt to keep teams in a grade level. Youth size t-shirts will be available.

In order to be consistent, mark the grade level you’ll be in NEXT YEAR. You must play in the division according to your oldest player.

Ex: if you have x3 8th graders and x1 9th grader, you must play in the 9th grade division.
